eLibrary Manager is a subscription-based cloud software platform developed by Hiray Media & Technology Pvt. Ltd. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for subscription purchases made through our website.

Important: As eLibrary Manager is a digital software service, refunds are governed by the terms described below.

2. Eligible Refund Requests

Refund requests may be considered under the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same subscription.
  • Payment successfully debited but subscription not activated.
  • Technical issues preventing activation of the purchased service.
  • Incorrect billing due to system error.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after subscription activation.
  • Partial usage of the subscription period.
  • Failure to use the software after successful activation.
  • User training requirements or lack of technical knowledge.
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension.

4. Refund Request Process

Customers seeking a refund must submit a written request containing:

  • Registered customer name.
  • Organization / Institution name.
  • Transaction ID.
  • Payment date.
  • Reason for refund request.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days.

The actual credit timeline depends on the customer's bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment gateway.

6. Payment Gateway Charges

In cases where payment gateway charges, taxes or third-party processing fees are non-refundable, such amounts may be deducted from the refund amount wherever legally applicable.

7. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically qualify for a refund.
