By accessing or using eLibrary Manager, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the service.

2. About the Service

eLibrary Manager is a cloud-based Library Management Software developed and maintained by Hiray Media & Technology Pvt. Ltd. The platform is designed for schools, colleges, universities, educational institutions and libraries for managing books, members, circulation, reports and related activities.

3. User Account

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

Any unauthorized use of an account must be reported immediately.

4. Subscription and Payments

Access to certain features of eLibrary Manager may require the purchase of a subscription plan.

Subscription fees must be paid in advance and are subject to applicable taxes including GST.

Subscription validity begins from the date of activation and remains active for the selected subscription period.

5. Permitted Usage

Users agree to use the software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Users shall not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system.
  • Copy, modify or reverse engineer the software.
  • Use the platform for illegal activities.
  • Distribute malicious software or harmful content.

6. Data Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of data entered into the system.

We take reasonable measures to protect customer data; however, customers are encouraged to maintain their own backups where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs and source code associated with eLibrary Manager remain the exclusive property of Hiray Media & Technology Pvt. Ltd.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous availability and may perform maintenance, upgrades or emergency fixes when required.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hiray Media & Technology Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy available on this website.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activities.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
